Parsonex Referral Network — Disclosure
The Parsonex Referral Network (the "Program") is a compensated referral program operated by Parsonex Advisory Services, Inc. ("PAS"), an SEC-registered investment adviser, and is subject to the requirements of the SEC Marketing Rule (Rule 206(4)-1 under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940). Participants in the Program are compensated promoters as defined under that rule; they introduce prospective clients to PAS and do not provide investment advice, make recommendations, or act on behalf of PAS.
Program compensation applies only to referrals that result in a prospect being onboarded as an advisory client of Parsonex Advisory Services, Inc. Referrals related to brokerage or securities business conducted through Parsonex Securities, Inc. are not eligible for Program compensation, and no referral fee is paid on brokerage or securities-based business.
This Program is designed for U.S. residents only. Promoters may operate only in states for which any required registration or qualification is satisfied, and the Program may not be available in every state. A referred client will not pay a higher advisory fee as a result of a referral than the client would otherwise pay under PAS's standard fee schedule; promoter compensation is paid from the advisory fees PAS receives.
