For financial advisors

Automate the busy work. Amplify the human work.

Whether you're moving a practice or building one, the busy work runs in the background, so you have more time for your clients, growing your practice, and living your life.

Your path

For established advisors who want their time back

An advisor welcoming a long-time client couple at the office door

You've built the relationships that fuel your business.

Now spend more time with the people who trust you.

Somewhere along the way, you also became the operations manager, the compliance clerk, and the IT department. And the only thing that sounds worse than the busy work is the thought of moving.

With the Parsonex Amplify Platform you:

  • See your whole business at a glance. Accounts, positions, commissions, and client records, all in one place.
  • Stop chasing statements. Your data shows up reconciled.
  • Get your evenings back. Compliance runs in the background.
  • Get answers fast. When you need something new, you talk directly to the people who can build it.
  • Move without the chaos. A planned transition, with every account tracked to settlement.

In business for yourself, not by yourself.

Whether you're bringing twenty years of clients or your first ten, you have a team that shares your philosophy, direct access to the people who run the firm, and someone to call when you need it.

Why it's different

Where the industry is going.

Most broker-dealers and RIAs buy their technology from vendors.

Parsonex is building the reverse: a technology company that operates its own broker-dealer and registered investment adviser, and builds its platform in-house.

Advisors who join now help shape what gets built.

What that means for youThe platform keeps getting better at the work you do every day, and you have a say in what gets built next.

What we believe

A client-first philosophy built for the long term.

You help families align their goals with a disciplined, long-term strategy and stay on course through every kind of market. You're independent, so your recommendations come from what fits the client.

An advisor talking with a retired couple at their dining table

Own great businesses. Give them time. Don't get in the way.

Wealth is built by ownership, low costs, and compounding.

The biggest threat to an investor is the urge to react.

Most investors don't fail because they picked wrong. They fail because they didn't stay.

Your most important job is being the steady hand.

The voice in the storm that keeps a family invested and on course.

You're a coach, not a salesperson.

Like a personal trainer, you set the goal, build the plan, and keep people on it.

Recommend what fits.

No one pushes you to sell the firm's own products. Your recommendations come from what fits each client.

Win with the client, not the sale.

Your systems, supervision, and training all point the same direction: the client's outcome first, in relationships that last for decades.

Know what it takes.

Building a practice takes sustained effort over years. You'll hear exactly what it requires, and you'll build it with the firm beside you.

Is this a fit?

Built for advisors who put clients first.

You'll likely fit if you

  • Want to grow, and want your time back to do it
  • Would rather serve than sell
  • Put the client first and run your practice that way
  • Would rather plug into a strong system than build one alone
  • Are willing to learn and do the work

You'll likely want another firm if you

  • Want to do everything your own way for the highest headline payout
  • Want a place to push product
  • Are looking for a shortcut

There are firms built for that. No hard feelings.

We don't extend an offer to every advisor who talks with us. We extend it to the ones who fit. It goes both ways.

Questions advisors ask

How do I join Parsonex as a financial advisor?

Start with a short conversation about your practice or your plans, your registrations, and your timing. If it's a fit both ways, you get a written plan: a transition plan with a target date if you're moving a practice, or a start plan with exam sponsorship and training if you're building one. Advisors affiliate with Parsonex Securities, Inc. (broker-dealer, Member FINRA/SIPC), Parsonex Advisory Services, Inc. (SEC-registered investment adviser), or both, and work on a platform the firm builds in-house.

How is Parsonex different from other firms?

Parsonex builds its own advisor technology. Custodian data imports and reconciles daily, carrier and commission feeds arrive automatically, compliance and records retention run through firm systems, and your clients get a secure portal from day one. Because the engineers work at the firm, the platform changes when advisors need it to, and AI goes where it saves you time.

Can I start part-time?

Yes. You can begin part-time and keep your current career while you build. The registrations, supervision, platform, and support are the same as for any other affiliated advisor. Expect a direct conversation about the time it takes to build a practice.

How to become a financial advisor

Do you work with advisors who are new to the industry?

Yes. If you're not yet registered or early in your career, the firm sponsors your exams, provides free preparation on advisortrain.com, trains you on products, suitability, and procedures, and walks you through your first client. You also join a community of advisors, from people who were in your shoes not long ago to seasoned pros, who are glad to share what works.

See how to get started

What registrations do I need?

It depends on the business you'll do. Securities business requires representative-level registration with Parsonex Securities, Inc. Advisory business requires registration as an investment adviser representative of Parsonex Advisory Services, Inc. If you're not registered yet, the firm can sponsor the exams. Your exact requirements are confirmed in the fit review.

What does it cost to get licensed?

Licensing has real costs: exam fees, registration fees, and study time, and they vary by state and by the licenses your business needs. Your specific costs are laid out in your first conversation, before you commit to anything.

Can I bring my existing clients with me?

Clients decide who advises them. The firm provides a structured transition: a written plan, the transfer paperwork, and home-office tracking of every account. Whether and how you may contact clients after you resign depends on your current agreements and applicable law, which you should review with your own counsel.

How long does a transition take?

It depends on the number of accounts, the custodians involved, and how quickly clients return paperwork. Your transition plan sets a target date and sequences the accounts, and the home office tracks each transfer to settlement.

Will a disclosure on my record disqualify me?

Not automatically. Disclosure history is reviewed in the fit review, and the outcome depends on the specifics, though some events, such as a statutory disqualification, can prevent registration. Raise anything early. It's far easier to address up front.

What happens to my practice when I retire?

Succession is part of the affiliation conversation, not an afterthought. Options depend on your practice and are discussed individually. Nothing about a future purchase, price, or valuation is offered or promised here.

What technology do I get?

One platform built by the firm's own engineers: a dashboard with your accounts, positions, commissions, and client records; custodian data that reconciles daily; carrier and commission feeds imported automatically; secure messaging and meetings that meet recordkeeping rules; a client portal for statements, documents, and messages; and a forms library kept current by the home office.

Does Parsonex use AI?

Yes. The firm has developed powerful AI tools on leading AI models and builds them into the platform. It already checks your marketing against the advertising rules before compliance review, and it is being built into more of the routine work between you and your clients. New AI tools reach advisors after they pass the firm's review.

Do I have to sell proprietary products?

No. No one pushes you to sell the firm's own products. Your recommendations come from what fits each client.

What does Parsonex pay its advisors?

Pay depends on your affiliation model, business mix, and role, and is reviewed individually instead of published. Raise it in your first conversation and you'll get a full answer.

Is it W-2 or 1099?

Most advisors affiliate as independent contractors (1099): you run your own practice, with firm supervision, compliance, and platform access.

What states is Parsonex registered in?

You may only do business with residents of states where you're properly registered. The firm's registrations are confirmed in the fit review. If your clients are in a state where the firm isn't registered yet, that's part of the transition conversation, not an automatic barrier.
